All my life I have played sports and gone to the mountains, so when I was told that I had plantar fasciitis and that the recovery would be long, it was very hard for me to not even be able to walk.
I tried many methods, and although they were fine at first, when I started playing sports, eventually the plantar fasciitis came back.
A good friend of mine told me about Tècnica Estructural and I decided to give it a try. And really in four sessions the pain disappeared completely. I was able to enjoy sports again and my great passion, which is the mountains, without any pain.
After a while I decided to take the Tècnica Estructural course to be able to do the sessions myself, and help anyone who needs it to be pain-free and happy.
