Module 1 of Técnica Estructural in PORQUERES – August 19 and 20 – Montse Teixidor

HOURS: Monday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Lunch is not included, you can come for lunch with the group or go on your own).

IT IS FOR YOU IF: you want to improve your well-being and the well-being of those around you, either to apply it to you, your family and friends, or to dedicate yourself to it.

GOAL:acquire the necessary techniques and a work protocol to be able to relieve most of the physical pain. You will learn how to relieve specific pain, balance the skeleton and reposition the vertebrae energetically. Both in person and remotely.

REQUIREMENTS:no previous training is necessary to do this module.

CERTIFICATION: after the training, you will receive by email a certificate of attendance numbered and signed by Jordi Puig, co-creator of Técnica Estructural. This certificate is essential for completing Module 2 of Técnica Estructural.

MATERIAL THAT WE OFFER:dossier (for theory and practice) and necessary material.

WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR: writing material and comfortable clothes. We recommend that you wear tights or shorts in order to see which points of the legs we are working on. Since we will be working on the back, it is important for women to wear bras that can be easily unfastened.

REPETITION OF TE MODULE 1: if you want to repeat the training, contact Montse Teixidor (+34 616 431 328).

IMPORTANT: we reserve the right to suspend or change the date of the training due to circumstances beyond our control or for not having reached the minimum number of students. In this case, you have the option of doing another training or recovering the full amount.
